What a fantastic collection of Gargoyles! And love your map of them too! What a great idea.
It's so nice of a treat to be able to see them up close and personable! One of the fustrating things about walking around the
Upper East Side of Manhattan is the real estate is beautiful, but we can't see the details way high up! Would love to share these around.. do you have any aversion to people tweeting your pictures?
Follow me on my journey as I comb the streets of New York City, discovering and photographing its Gargoyles, Grotesques and Chimeras. These often times whimsical carved-stone, metal or wood masterpieces are usually high above the eye's view, too far to be appreciated and hardly ever noticed.
