A true Gargoyle has an open mouth, to do his or her job as a rainspout. All the above are Chimeras aka “Grotesques.” You’re teaching the public, please tell them the difference.
The focus of this site is to photograph the Gargoyles, Chimeras and 'Monsters' throughout the city. However, you made a good point. I'll consider adding a section describing the differences.
